Installation Guide
1. Click on the download link located in the Download box above and select Run when prompted
2. Once the download has completed the file will run automatically. Select Run again when prompted.
3. Accept the Windows warning notification to proceed if prompted and then select Install and click Next
4. Select personal / non-commercial use and click Next
5. Review the terms of the License Agreement and if you are happy to proceed select I accept... & I agree...and click Next
6. Select Normal installation (default) and click Next
7. Select Full access (recommended) and click Finish
8. TeamViewer will then complete the install.
9. Once the install is complete, TeamViewer will start automatically and provide you with an ID and Password. Please provide these details to the support engineer to allow access to troubleshoot your machine.
